The service
Bloxray (“we,” “us,” “our”) operates bloxray.com, providing editorial intelligence, game analytics, and creator data for the Roblox creator economy. Use of this service means you agree to these terms.
Your account
You are responsible for all activity under your account. You must be at least 13 years old to use Bloxray. You may not share your account credentials. If you suspect unauthorized access, contact ops@bloxray.com immediately.
Acceptable use
You agree not to:
- Scrape, bulk-download, or systematically extract data beyond personal use
- Redistribute Bloxray editorial content without attribution and a link back
- Attempt to circumvent rate limits or access controls
- Use the service to infringe any third-party intellectual property
- Use API access to build a competing service without explicit written permission
Editorial content
Bloxray content — The Edition, The Breakdown, The Spotlight, Today's Play — is editorial opinion and analysis, not financial or investment advice. Game vibe scores are factual assessments of mechanic type, not editorial judgments of the creators who built those games.
If you believe a vibe score or classification is inaccurate, use the “Report bad classification” link on the relevant page. We review all reports.
Billing and cancellation
Paid plans are billed monthly. You may cancel at any time from your account settings. Cancellation takes effect at the end of the current billing period — no prorated refunds for partial months unless required by law. The free tier is always free and available without payment.
Intellectual property
Bloxray editorial content, design, and brand (including the Bloxray wordmark and edition stamp) are our property. Roblox game data displayed on Bloxray is sourced from publicly available Roblox APIs and is property of Roblox Corporation and the respective game creators. We claim no ownership over that data.
Disclaimer and limitation of liability
Bloxray is provided “as is.” We make no warranties about uptime, data accuracy, or fitness for any particular purpose. To the maximum extent permitted by law, our liability for any claim arising from use of the service is limited to the amount you paid us in the 12 months preceding the claim.
Disputes
Before filing any legal action, you agree to contact us at ops@bloxray.com and attempt to resolve the dispute informally. We'll respond within 30 days. If informal resolution fails, disputes are governed by the laws of [JURISDICTION TBD], without regard to conflict-of-law principles.
Changes to these terms
We may update these terms. Material changes will be communicated via email or a prominent notice on the site at least 14 days before taking effect. Continued use after the effective date constitutes acceptance.
